Brother Charlie, the immediate Past Treasurer for our Council of Deliberation as well as the financial officer for many other Masonic and public organizations, has been moved to Francis House in Syracuse, NY. Francis House is a hospice care facility and will give Charlie the level of care his current condition requires.
